*Physicals and RankOne paperwork must be completed before September 1st for your student to be eligible for the 2023-2024 school year! After September 1st, any student with incomplete paperwork will be removed from athletics and placed in PE*

Follow this link to go to the RankOne page and complete all 3 forms - Travel Permission & Emergency Medical Info, BISD/UIL Participation Form, and Random Student Drug Testing Consent. RankOne forms are a yearly requirement for all students wanting to participate in athletics, cheer, dance and band.TIPS:When entering your student's information--Enter their name exactly as it appears on their official school paperwork-Example: John Doe-Smith or John Doe Smith-Enter their ID number without a '0' in front.-Example: '12345', NOT '012345'. Initials after the ID number are not needed. |
